Pro-Tec has selected SmartTask for Employee Scheduling, Remote Workforce Management & Patrolling Device.
The system provides bespoke contract service delivery offering advanced proof of attendance, control room management and staff rostering solutions whilst adhering to compliance and duty of care to staff. The employee scheduling and mobile workforce management software is currently used across 150 security officers within the company’s manned guarding team and is in the process of being rolled out to our commercial cleaning operations.
Security officers utilise the system to book on and off shifts and register hourly check calls, where required, using the MySmarttask app or by dialling into call-taking software from a designated phone number.
Mobile patrol officers also have the ability to scan NFC tags which can be located at each site using a Smarttask-enabled smartphone to register attendance. The guard simply swipes over each unique tag with their smart phone to effectively log time, GPS location and activity. Onsite Tags are also fully programmable and will store relevant site information, securely, if required.
The system has more detailed information capabilities, if required, of scheduling tasks for static and mobile patrols whilst tracking and logging time at locations and checkpoints as well as giving real-time reporting alongside a secure client portal. The client portal enables customers to access and download historic activity reports as well as view in real time activity for their own site locations and what actions are taken. The system gives us the ability to offer our clients a full and comprehensive bespoke security service with full transparency which reassures that the services requested are being fulfilled in a correct and timely manner.
